• FlowNotes.org is a best-effort service. We try to keep the website available at all times, but we can't accept any liability if it's not there when you need it.
• FlowNotes.org is free for personal use. It's possible that we may need to run advertisements or require heavy users to get a paid account in the future, but we'll give you ample warning before that happens.
• FlowNotes.org works with a fair-use policy. If your use of server resources greatly exceeds that of normal, individual usage, we reserve the right to terminate your account. If at all possible we will warn you before that happens.
• FlowNotes.org will never share your email address or the content of your notes with third parties.

If you don't like these terms, you can always run your own FlowNotes, because it's free and open-source.
